Communication & Contact

Fees, Payments & Refunds

Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if a user violates these Terms, engages in misuse or abuse of the platform, or attempts to disrupt sessions or redistribute content.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to iClarity48™ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar.

Severability
