This Delivery Policy explains how and when iClarity48™ components are delivered to ensure transparency, clarity, and a smooth experience for students and parents.
Because iClarity48™ is a time-sensitive, exam-aligned program, delivery follows a carefully designed process rather than instant access.
What Is Delivered Under iClarity48™
iClarity48™ includes two integrated components:
- iPaper™ — A single AI-predicted, high-probability exam paper with complete solutions and explanations
- iFest™ — A live, teacher- and psychologist-led guided experience conducted during the final 48 hours before the exam, including parent micro-sessions
Both components are delivered according to the student's specific exam date.
Step-by-Step Delivery Process
Step 1 — Purchase Confirmation
After successful purchase, the buyer receives an order confirmation via email and the order is recorded for exam-specific planning. No immediate content access is provided at this stage, as delivery is exam-date dependent.
Step 2 — Exam-Date Alignment Form
After purchase, the buyer will receive a short exam-date alignment form via email. This form helps us confirm the student's exam name and date, plan the correct iFest™ session, and ensure accurate scheduling and expert allocation. Submission of this form is essential for timely and correct delivery.
Step 3 — Coordination Support (If Required)
If required, our team may follow up with a brief phone call to clarify submitted details or resolve inconsistencies. This call is only for planning and alignment — not for sales or counselling.
iPaper™ Delivery
iPaper™ is delivered exactly 48 hours before the student's exam via email and/or WhatsApp (as applicable).
iPaper™ includes:
- question paper
- answer key
- detailed solutions and explanations
Once delivered, iPaper™ is considered successfully accessed.
iFest™ Access & Schedule
iFest™ access details are shared 72 hours before your exam. Sessions are exam-date aligned and limited to 251 students per iFest™, led by dedicated subject experts and psychologists.
Multiple iFest™ sessions may run simultaneously to maintain quality and impact.
Important Notes on Timeliness
Timely submission of the exam-date alignment form is critical. Delays in sharing exam details may affect session assignment and delivery timelines. iClarity AI Labs is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incomplete or delayed information from the buyer.
Digital Delivery Disclaimer
All components of iClarity48™ are delivered digitally. iClarity AI Labs is not responsible for issues arising from:
- incorrect contact details
- email delivery failures due to spam filters
- device limitations
- internet or connectivity problems
Buyers are advised to ensure accurate contact information and stable internet access.
Changes to Exam Date or Details
If the student's exam date changes after submission of the alignment form:
- the buyer must inform iClarity AI Labs immediately
- reassignment will be done as per the new exam date and operational feasibility
Non-Delivery Scenarios
iClarity AI Labs will not be considered at fault for non-delivery if:
- the exam-date alignment form is not submitted
- incorrect or incomplete details are provided
- the buyer does not respond to coordination attempts
- access is missed due to user-side issues
